Terms and conditions for competitions and prize draws

KenJo Sabers promotion terms and conditions, competitions and giveaways:

1. These terms and conditions apply to all KenJo Sabers contests and promotions. By participating in the relevant contest and/or promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. These promotion conditions can be viewed, downloaded, saved and printed via the website www.kenjosabers.nl

3. Participation in promotions is free. Participation takes place when the participant has completed the requested action with the requested information, or, if applicable, has completed a registration form. From that moment on, the participant has a chance to win.

4. Each participant may participate in a promotion only once.

5. The participant is obligated to provide correct, current, and complete information when participating in the competition/sweepstakes. KenJo Sabers may request a winner to provide proof of identity and a valid registration at the residential address provided by the participant before awarding the prize.

6. Participants must comply with the Social Media Advertising Code.

7. To participate, a participant must be at least 16 years old and reside in the Netherlands. All other participants are excluded from participation. A minor participant must have permission from their parent(s)/guardian(s) to participate in the promotion. If the participant wins the promotion, the parent(s) or legal representatives of the minor winner will act as contact person and must confirm in writing that they, also on behalf of the winner, agree to receive the prize under the terms and conditions set out in these terms and conditions. Failure by KenJo Sabers to receive such a declaration or to do so in a timely manner will result in the prize not being awarded and KenJo Sabers will not be bound by any other obligation. The winner will be drawn at random and impartially.

8. The winners may receive notification of the prize they have won at the email address, correspondence address or telephone number provided by the participant in question.

9. KenJo Sabers reserves the right at any time to unilaterally and without prior notice to terminate, interrupt, or modify the promotion and/or the promotion conditions and/or the promotion products/prizes if circumstances so require, without being liable to pay any compensation to participants.

10. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome and awarding of the prize.

11. The prize is personal and is issued in the winner's name. It is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other products or services. If the prize is refused or not accepted, or if the terms and conditions of the competition/sweepstakes are not met, the prize will not be awarded. In that case, KenJo Sabers reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

12. Delivery of the prize will be handled by PostNL Nederland or another designated party. Kenjo Sabers is not responsible for delivery of the prize. In that case, the delivery date will be determined in consultation with the prize supplier.

13. Within a few weeks, the prize will be sent to the winner by post, or if this is necessary given the nature of the prize, it will be handed over to the winner in another way (for example in person).

14. The winner will cooperate with reasonable requests from KenJo Sabers to participate in promotional activities related to the promotion, including publicity activities related to the prize giving, through various media channels of KenJo Sabers (including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).

15. Employees of KenJo Sabers are excluded from participation.

16. The personal data obtained in the context of competitions and review campaigns will be used solely by KenJo Sabers for the relevant campaign and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and will not be provided to third parties.

17. In cases not provided for in these conditions, a decision will be made by KenJo Sabers.

18. Use of the prize is at the winner's own risk. KenJo Sabers and/or its agents or third parties cannot be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, suffered by a participant in connection with any promotion.

19. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

20. The Promotional Games Code applies to each promotion. Participants who do not comply with these terms and conditions may be excluded from participation. The minimum age to participate in this promotion is 16 years.
