If you have any problems or questions about how your saber works, first check the FAQ or our handy online manual, including instructional videos.
If you have a question about an order you've already received or placed, please always include your order number. Without it, we can't help you. Our customer service is available Monday through Friday, and you can only contact us in Dutch or English.
