Baselit models feature a bright 12-watt bulb in the handle. This shines into the sword, creating the lightsaber's glow.

Neopixel and Proffie have a sword equipped with a double-sided LED strip running the entire length of the inside. This ensures a much brighter light than a base-lit version and also offers more lighting effect possibilities.

All soundboard types come with preset sounds and colors. The professional version comes with a 16GB SD card. Numerous sound and lighting effects can be found on various forums for uploading.

The way your saber works varies by soundboard type and, in some cases, minimally between specific models. On this page, you can find the correct manual based on your saber or soundboard type. Remove the black or clear cap from the flat side of the saber. Then, carefully slide the blade/sword or plug into the handle until it rests against the light. For a Neopixel model, it's important that the pins are pushed down sufficiently. Make sure the Allen screws don't block the blade on the inside of the handle. Then, use the included Allen screws and Allen wrench to firmly tighten the blade into the handle. Also watch the instruction video on the troubleshooting page.

Absolutely! All our swords are made of durable polycarbonate, designed for lightsaber-to-lightsaber duels. Always use your common sense and exercise caution. We recommend wearing protective clothing and ensuring sufficient clearance to avoid harm to the surroundings or other people.

Keep in mind that RGB base-lit lightsabers are best suited for dueling. Other soundboard-type lightsabers have an LED strip built into the blade, making them heavier and more fragile. These models can also be used for dueling, but we recommend using them at a low to medium intensity to avoid damage.

KenJo sabers come standard with 12 different preset colors. These can be easily changed using the button on the lightsaber. You can also choose a custom color by slowly changing the colors. Detailed instructions can be found in the manual that comes with each lightsaber. Some models have different colored hilts. The product page shows which colors each lightsaber is available in. To create a dualsaber, you need two lightsabers marked "dualsaber ready" and a connector ring . To connect the two sabers, unscrew the bottom of each light saber. The connector ring can now be connected to both lightsabers using the threads.
