Why does a Neopixel saber from KenJo Sabers stay in one piece?

If you attach the blade according to the instructions - with the connector pins sliding in neatly - and you secure the blade at at least two points with the sword blade screws, you will have an incredibly strong connection.

In addition, our sword blades are made of super strong polycarbonate. With Neopixel blades, the wall thickness is as much as 3 mm, and with Baselit it's 2 mm. That difference makes a Neopixel blade just a bit heavier, but also exceptionally robust.
